Leica acquire not working6/26/2023 I do not know if that is a computer issue or a laser issue. I have tried the Bluetooth connection method, but the computer does not find the device when searching for it. In the prompt box from manually starting Disto Transfer the bottom line turns green to show that I am connected to PC, but never turns blue to show that it sees AutoCAD. Now if I open the Disto Transfer App manually I can have full control of the laser functions from the computer as far as telling the laser to turn the pointer on and bringing up the camera feature, so it is communicating fine with the computer, but not with AutoCAD. Nothing ever appears in the box, and when I press OK that prompt disappears and a smaller prompt box shows up saying DISTO NOT CONNECTED. On the left is a blank box and the hourglass is continually spinning. When I type LEICADISTO into the command bar Disto Transfer comes up, showing a picture of four lasers up above and two below on the right. If I plug the laser into the USB I can extract files from it and load them into AutoCAD, but the Disto Transfer app does not do anything in that situation. But, I have a theory I'd like someone from Capture One to confirm or deny. ![]() Hi pendean, Yes, I do have them paired, but the Disto Transfer PC application does not read the entries. I have a Leica SL2 which has some of the sporadic issues mentioned above while tethered - sometimes it works, then suddenly stops working, and a reboot of everything 'sometimes' will fix it. ![]() Can anyone give me some insight into how this is supposed to work? I am running Windows 7 Professional, and I am running out of troubleshooting ideas. I type in the LEICADISTO command in AutoCAD, the Disto Transfer program loads, but there is no image of the S910 on the prompt screen and the hourglass just keeps spinning, I click OK and a new prompt screen comes up saying DISTO NOT CONNECTED. I've been told to use the Leica wi-fi hotspot to connect the computer to the laser, which it does, but yet the computer does not recognize the laser. Based on all the updated software and compatibility Leica tells me that it should be working by now, but it is not. I have updated the programming in the laser to the newest version, downloaded the latest version of Disto Transfer PC, tried every setting for WLAN and Bluetooth available on the laser, and contacted Leica about the issue. I am currently trying to connect my new Leica Disto S910 laser to AutoCAD 2016 and I am having a lot of difficulty doing so.
